Welcome to JC Airport Transfers. By booking a journey with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

  1. Bookings
  • Bookings can be made via telephone, WhatsApp, our website booking form, or social media platforms.
  • All bookings must be confirmed via phone call or email. A booking is only considered confirmed once direct confirmation has been received from JC Airport Transfers.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate journey details, including pickup time, location, number of passengers, flight numbers, and any special requirements.
  • JC Airport Transfers reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking at its discretion, especially where incorrect or incomplete information is provided.
  1. Pricing & Payment
  • All fares are quoted in advance based on the information provided at the time of booking.
  • Prices are subject to change if the booking details change (e.g. additional stops, incorrect flight information, or significant delays caused by the passenger).
  • We do not charge for reasonable waiting time, including for delayed airport arrivals.
  • Cash payment is preferred at the end of the journey. In-car electronic payment (card/contactless) is also available — please request this at the time of booking to ensure availability.
  • For some bookings (e.g. long-distance, late-night, or for new customers), full or partial payment may be required in advance.
  1. Cancellations & Refunds
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time to avoid charges.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a charge of 50% of the quoted fare.
  • No-shows, or cancellations made after the driver has been dispatched, may be charged in full.
  • A “no-show” is defined as a passenger failing to appear within 30 minutes of the agreed pickup time without prior contact.
  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  1. Liability
  • While every effort is made to arrive on time, JC Airport Transfers accepts no responsibility for delays caused by events beyond our control, such as traffic, road closures, severe weather, or flight delays.
  • JC Airport Transfers is not liable for missed flights, trains, appointments, or any consequential losses arising from such delays.
  • We are not responsible for loss of or damage to personal items left in the vehicle, although we will make every effort to return lost property.
  1. Passenger Conduct
  • Passengers must behave respectfully and not distract or endanger the driver.
  • Smoking, drinking alcohol, and the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
  • JC Airport Transfers reserves the right to terminate a journey immediately if a passenger’s behaviour is deemed unsafe, abusive, or inappropriate. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
  1. Luggage
  • It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure their luggage is appropriately packed and suitable for the vehicle booked.
  • Please inform us at the time of booking if you will be carrying excess, bulky, or unusual luggage.
  • We are not liable for damage to luggage resulting from overpacking or improper handling.
  1. Child Seats
  • JC Airport Transfers does not provide or install child seats.
  • Customers are responsible for bringing and fitting their own child seats in accordance with UK law.
  • If you are booking a return journey, we can store your child seat securely and have it ready for your return transfer — please request this at the time of booking.
  1. Privacy
  • All personal information provided to JC Airport Transfers is stored securely and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • We will not share your information with third parties without your explicit consent.

  1. Force Majeure
  • We shall not be held liable for delays or cancellations resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, road closures, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government restrictions.
  1. Governing Law
  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
  • Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Vehicle Cleanliness & Damage

Passengers are responsible for any damage or excessive mess caused during their journey.

  • A minimum cleaning charge of £150 will apply in the event of soiling, including vomiting, spillages, or any substance that requires specialist cleaning.
  • Any damage caused to the vehicle may be subject to additional repair costs, which the passenger will be liable for.
  • This charge may be requested on the spot or invoiced after the journey, depending on the circumstances.
